T's Veggie Herbal Soup



T's Veggie Herbal Soup is a Thomas Family weekly favorite. The combination of veggies and Herbs packed in this soup contains a lot of essential vitamins and minerals... T's Veggies Herbal Soup is good for your heart, loaded with antioxidants, helps control blood sugar, its good for your digestive system, and its packed with protein, just to name a few. You can use it on rice, noodles, bread, and what ever you brain creates.. T's Veggie Herbal Soup is nutritious and delicious.. Enjoy!!



Ingredients:

1 Can of Unsalted tomato sauce or Homemade Tomato sauce

1 Green Pepper

1 Red Pepper

1 Onion

1 Zucchini

2 tbsp Hempseeds

2 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tbsp Thyme

1 tbsp Oregano

1 tbsp Marjoram

1 tbsp Cilantro

1 tbsp Parsley

1 tbs paprika

Himalayan Salt

Garlic powder

T's Seasoning(Optional)

Grapeseed Oil

Water



PREP: Cut up Onions, green pepper, red pepper... Then add some garlic powder, Himalayan salt and T's Seasoning, then lightly toss... Next, cut the Zucchini in slices and pour your tomato sauce in a bowl..


DIRECTIONS:

In a medium to large pot on medium high heat with grapeseed oil, place the seasoned onions and peppers in the pot. Stir fry the veggies for 3 minuets then add the sliced Zucchini. Continue to stir fry for 2min then add the tomato sauce and Paprika. While stirring, add 2 cups of water until fully blended. Next, slowly mix in all the Herbs until fully blended. Once its blended add the Hempseeds and Chia Seeds and continue to stir.. Then season T's Veggie Herbal Soup to your taste with the Himalayan Salt, Garlic Powder, and T's Seasoning(optional).. Lastly, allow the soup to simmer on low medium heat for 7 minutes. Once it cools down pour you a bowl and enjoy T's Veggie Herbal Soup...
