T's Mixed Fruit Banana Nut Bowl


Fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories. A cool thing about fruit is that, it has no cholesterol. T's Mixed Fruit Banana Nut Bowl contains potassium, dietary fiber, antioxidant, vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, protein, Iron, folate (folic acid) and so much more. This dish will get you going in the morning. It makes a great snack and it will knock out your sweet tooth in the evening... Health First!

Ingredients:

Walnuts

1 Sliced Banana

3 to 4 sliced Strawberries

Raisins

1 diced Pear

1 Tbsp Coconut sugar

Almond Milk

Directions:

Layer the bottom of the bowl with sliced bananas. Then place in the diced pears and sliced strawberries on top of the bananas. Next, pour in the raisins and walnuts in the bowl and sprinkle some coconut sugar on top. Lastly, fill the bowl 3/4 full with Almond Milk and enjoy.. Health First!!
